Al Rahim Silver is an online jewellery store based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, offering 925 sterling silver jewellery, including rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, personalized jewellery, and engraving services.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colours, dimensions, and other details as accurately as possible.

Because jewellery is photographed under different lighting conditions and viewed on different screens, the actual colour, shine, stone appearance, or finish may vary slightly from photographs displayed on our website.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. 925 Sterling Silver

Products described as 925 sterling silver are sold according to the material specifications stated on the respective product page.

Sterling silver may naturally develop tarnish or changes in appearance over time due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, sweat, environmental conditions, and normal wear. Such changes do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

Customers should follow the jewellery care instructions provided by Al Rahim Silver.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping charges, and offers may be changed at any time. However, changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through our website does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Al Rahim Silver may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, or another provided contact method to verify or confirm an order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where we reasonably identify incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, repeated unverified orders, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or another legitimate fulfilment issue.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Debit or credit card payments
• Bank transfer
• Other online payment methods displayed at checkout

Online payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. Al Rahim Silver does not directly control the processing systems of third-party payment providers.

The payment methods available to a customer may vary depending on the order or checkout configuration.

7. Personalized & Engraved Jewellery

Personalized and engraved products are made specifically according to the information provided by the customer.

A 30% advance payment may be required before work begins on an engraving or customized order. The remaining balance will be payable according to the payment arrangement communicated when the order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, dates, names, wording, sizes, or other customization details they provide.

Once engraving or customization has begun, the order generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind or an error in information supplied by the customer.

If Al Rahim Silver makes an error in the engraving or customization compared with the confirmed instructions, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery periods are provided as guidance and may vary because of location, courier operations, public holidays, weather, order verification, customized products, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

Al Rahim Silver is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be requested for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must generally be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify.

Personalized, customized, or engraved products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error attributable to Al Rahim Silver or the product qualifies under our applicable policy.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Personalized or engraved orders cannot normally be cancelled once customization has started.

Al Rahim Silver may cancel an order where necessary because of stock availability, unsuccessful verification, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If an order that has already been paid online is cancelled by Al Rahim Silver, any applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method and relevant payment-provider procedures.

11. Promotions and Discount Offers

Promotional offers, discount codes, gifts with purchase, free shipping offers, and other promotions may be subject to specific eligibility requirements and validity periods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.
